2、According to the information provided by the customer, our printers initially calculate the price of the product (in the absence of samples, all prices are estimated).

3、After consultation and confirmation from the customer, we start to apply for proofs. The proofing fee depends on the product and is refundable after the customer has confirmed the order and started production. If the product is confirmed as free, there is no refund; samples can be modified 2 times free of charge and the proofing period is normally 7 working days.

4. Samples are sent to the customer, both parties determine the final sample and sign a purchase and sale contract. The factory will start production of conventional products after receiving 30% deposit of the total purchase price, the balance will be paid one working day before delivery, payment on delivery.
