Number two -- sewing
Sewing this joint is the stitching together of cut pieces of toy material to form the basic shape of the toy. Most of the sewing machines used in the toy industry are high-speed flat sewing machines used in industry, and household sewing machines are not suitable for the production and processing of plush toys.

In the entire toy production process, sewing this path is crucial, stitching size and marking point alignment is very important, if the size is not consistent, will lead to the toy limb distortion, face shape out of shape and so on.

Of course, the follow-up maintenance of the entire sewing machine is also very important, and regular oiling, cleaning, and maintenance are also indispensable links.

Number three -- declutter

To this step has basically completed the entire production step, this link pays more attention to the quality inspection of toys. Such as peeling, filling, sewing, shaping, blowing, cutting thread, needle inspection, packaging and so on. This way is to present the most perfect side of the toy to the end consumer.
